My friend is 13 years old and he wants to know because he is only five feet and 2 inches tall. So I thought I could get multiple answers on here.

for about a week, ive just been randomly just skipping for about 10 minutes, but i dont have a structure to follow, can anyone give me some help, or give me a guideline to an effective way to skip?

I am 14 and weigh 110lbs and I am probably about 5’3". What are good stretching exercises I can do to get taller.

I’m 15 year old girl going on 16 and about 5’6" weighing at around 117.
My mom is about 5’5" and my dad is 5’11"
My family on my mom’s side however is pretty tall. My aunt’s are all around 5’6" – 5’7" and my cousins are 5’8" and over.
I drink a lot of milk (pretty much a glass or two everyday) and I try to eat healthy. I’m also really active–I run and play volleyball.
How much taller will I get or how can I increase my chances to continue growing?

Can someone give tips to grow taller ? All natural ways please.
