I read somewhere that girls usually stop growing taller at 16. At 14, has growth already significantly slowed down?

I am interested in knowing this because if my 14 y/o daughter is still growing much taller, I will have to buy clothes 1-2 sizes bigger and shoes 1-1.5 sizes bigger for her this winter. I hate it when I buy something close to her size and she outgrows it in less than a year, not being able to wear it the next winter. Winter clothes are costly.

I’m a teenager and I want to know how can I increase my height. I’m average height but I would like to grow taller. I don’t eat alot because the food I eat at home is not what I like to eat. I’m 14 years old and around 5′4-5′5. My moms 5′5, My older brother is 5′10 (hes 16) and my dads 6′1. Everyone else in my family is tall but for some reason I’m just short. How could i grow taller or speed up my growth? because i want to be at least 5′11.
