Cherifer is a food supplement in the Philippines that is made to make u grow tallers. It has animo acids that "stimulate" ur growth. It doesn’t say anything about making you grow taller all in all. Im either 4’11" or 5’0", but im really short… i get made fun of so much and im 15 years or age… my father is 5’6" and my mother is 5’3".. i wish i could be taller.. these people are making mad.. i wear a 9.5 in shoes.. so could i grow taller. i would like all your opinions on this topic because i would really like to know what you guys think what will happen..

i am 13 years old but hit pueberty early. Im 5’5, and still going through pueberty. But, i gained 30 pounds last summer, and got really strong, but, i only grew about 2 inches, and it seems to be that, that was my growth spurt. I am afraid that i wont even reach 5’11 by highschool, and i want to be six foot. Is there any way i can get taller faster, and easy?

im 19 years old and im 5 flat. im the shortest in the family. i dont believe that there is no more chance for me to grow tall since my younger brothers have gone 5’8 up and my older sister is like 5’3 or 5’4. there are herbal products that says can make you grow taller even if you’re 20 up but is kind of expensive and requires 8 hours of sleep.

and I am now taller than my dad by a little and my mom by some centimeters

I was 86 cm tall at the age of 2 (they say that the real height is this number duplicated) that would be: 172 cm

hi everyone. right now im 5/9 and i want to grow to be at least 6/2. so far i keep up a jump rope routine and i drink at least 2 glasses of milk. If you want to throw genetics, both my parents are short BUT my grandpa on my mom’s side is a giant (think hes like 6ft3in) and my aunt is pretty tall herself and so im taller than my parents. yeah…lol any tips anyone?

It claims this strechtes work by streching out the spinal cord.Everytime i visit the general increase height forum, somebody always cliams to have grown taller through this exercises and the equipment sold in this site. It sounds like a real fake. they do not require you to but anything and they display this strecthes for free. As anyone done this strecthes andhave grown with proof.
