A friend told me that there was an herbal solution that could naturally help kids/adolescents grow, how true is this?

Hi. I am asian male and 8 grader and I am 180cm, which is about 5.9 ft. I saw a Michael Jordan slam dunk and decided to grow taller to try those.

I play basketball after school and people say I’m tall, but I think I am small. What should I do to grow taller to make slam dunk shot?

Im 13 and a half year old male and I haven’t a growth spurt yet, Im 5′ 6. Most of my friends have already had theirs and they tell me that having a late growth spurt means that you grow taller because your body stores up calcium. Is this true?

Im 14 and 5’8"…you may think thats tall but i need to grow at least 3 more inches NATURALLY. I have been told I’m almost done growing. In the volleyball world im short and college coaches wont even look at anyone who isnt around 6 foot. Any ways to get 3 inches?

hey i just graduated from high school goin off to college in august. i am black 5 foot 9. my dad is about 5 foot 9 but looks a lil shorter than me and my mom is about 5 foot 4-5. i know genetics play a roll but come on my parents are short but how can my brother be 6 foot 3 it doesnt make sense and im stck at 5’9 i feel short. my sister is 5’10. will strectching exercises increase my height. if so what excercises can i do and how long will it take to notice any difference?

I.e. when the bones are cut and pulled apart so they grow back together and the person gains inches – would their legs look out of proportion with the rest of their body? I am a 16 and a half year old girl. I got a physical last year and I was 5’1 and i got another physical a couple of weeks ago and i measured 5’0.5. I don’t know if I shrunk or something weird happened. My mom and dad are about my height but my grandfather is around 5’7. I haven’t significantly grown taller since i was ten years old. I also have been taking calcium, and other pills that promise to make me taller. How tall can i grow?

My Jack russell mix is 14 months old and it seems she grew a little over the last month.

But I thought small dogs were done growing between 6 months and a year.

Anyways she is a very short dog and never could put her paws up on the counter so she either got taller or longer.
