No your not short. You may not be done growing yet. Especially if your parents are taller than you. No way to get taller though.

you are not short but about the average height rate of adult men.

height growth is related to longitudinal bones growth and this is depends on cartilage growth plate, called epiphysial plates, at each end of the bone shaft.The bone lengthens as cartilage is calcified into bone .Growth ends when the plate eventually calcifies. the time of calcification and enclosure of the plate is not certain but usually is before age of 25. speed and rate of height growth is related to parents average hegiht
and nutrition has certain effect on it. but there is not any exercise to grow taller. instead some injuries to plates due to hamrful exercises maybe stop the growh. some kind of medications also can stunt growth by causing premature calcification of the epiphysial plate.
