any exercises i can do to grow taller?
im 15 years old as of my 28th and im in 10th grade im 6’0-6’1 im LOVE basketball and wanted to know if theres any exercises ican do to maximise my hieght plzz help if you know any other ways tell me thanks

Wow , you are tall.
Well your high is genetic so nothing to do to change it, even though , studies showed that working out (expecilly on your legs) get your GrowHormone (GH) higher.
So working out (expecilly on your legs) can help you reach you maximum high.
Also, you can go to a doctor who will take a XRAY picture of your hand and by that he can tell you how tall you will be.
Exercise stuns your growth, but developes muscles. Jumping jacks might help though.
In answer to your opening question, No, there are no exercises to make you grow taller. Your ultimate height is determined by genetics and your overall health, nutrition etc.
There ARE things you (and any athlete) can do to maximize your talents. Any basketball practice is an obvious thing. In addition, any exercises you can do to improve your physical and hand-to-eye coordination are often overlooked skills that can be invaluable. Yoga, dance, marshall arts, even computer games that concentrate on hand-to-eye coordination to mention a few.
yeah…its all genetics, maybe its not that you need to increase your height(since you re pretty tall already) but increase your jumps?
