any ways to grow taller?
naturally? like no pills. i’m 14 and i’m only 5’1 and a half and i’m supposed to be like 5’6 because my dad is 5’9 and my mom is 5’5… any activities or food that can help me boost a few more inches? i hate being short.
my grandma also says if you have long legs even if you’re short you’ll grow tall.. and i have long legs for a short girl but idk because i used to drink a lot of coffee when i was little and i didn’t get much sleep.

Dont drink coffee ever again! Get eight hours of sleep a night. Eat healthy and thats about it. Eat some good protein so it will make you grow. You wont stop growing until you are twenty years old. Some day you will grow really fast so your time is basically still to come.

seriously, yoga classes work. i started taking them in august and i have already grown an inch and a half.
i supposedly stopped growing 4 years ago. you still have time, a woman can continue to grow throughout her high school years.
so don’t fret, your height may come with time.
You still have a long time to grow, girls carry on growing until they’re 18 or something. Just sleep well, and don’t stress over it too much. I’m sure you’re great the way you are. Seriously.
I am 22 years old and still 5,1" All I can tell you is not to smoke because it really does stunt your growth! Make sure to get plenty of calcium and take your vitamins which will make sure your bones are healthy.
