Anybody have tips to help me grow taller?
I am 13 and about 4’10 and I’ve already had visits from my monthly visitor. Is it possible for me to grow any taller or is it already too late? Are there any stretches or tips that could help me grow? I would like to be at least 5 feet. Please and Thank you.

Hi
It’s very possible to grow taller after the age of 13 and there are different methods that can be really helpful for doing it.
Firstly, don’t go out and buy those "wonder pills" that are offered all over the place, they just don’t work. Why not? Well because the only scientific way the body grows is through the release of our natural height increasing hormone, called human growth hormone or HGH for short.
One of the most important things is not only focus on a prime exercise plan, but also on a healthy nutritional eating plan, with the added assistance of taking the right vitamins. Be sure to get plenty of sleep as the most human growth hormone is released during the first 4-5 hours of sleeping, and is greatly enhanced the longer you sleep.
I will recommend eating foods like:
Fish and seafood: Delicious, nutritious and beneficial to height. Adding fish to your regular rotation of dinner ideas is really helpful in many ways, including stimulating growth.
Milk: This is obviously no surprise. Calcium is the most essential mineral when we talk on to grow taller fast. If you’re drinking full or part fat milk, switch over to skim.
Eggs: Eggs are a great source of protein so be sure to add a few to your menu every week. Some people can tolerate eggs everyday, and that’s even better. Just be mindful if you happen to have high cholesterol.

Good Luck!
Right now is the time when you will probably have another growth spurt to get you those two inches, but I can’t really say for sure. Just make sure that you get plenty of nutrients and calcium. Ask your doctor if he thinks that you have reached you adult height or not, but most girls keep growing and changing through their teens.

i grew an extra 2 inches after i graduated high school, so anything is possible. you might end up the same height as you mom.
