Can i grow tall at 19…..Naturally???
i am 5 feet 11…..my dad is 6 ft tall and my brother is 6 ft 2……
wat can i do to gain about 1.5 to 2 inches…..naturally

Most likely no, because there are plates/bones that grow together in your leg/feet and after the grow together your bones are done growing meaning you can’t get any taller. You can go to a doctor and have them take an x-ray and tell you. Not everyone is the same most girl stop growing at age 15, but for guys its at 17.

Why not? People stop growing at age 25, (not 18) and you still have time to grow. Just accompany it with vitamins, exercise and a healthy diet.
My Dad is 6ft2, my brothers are 6ft6 and 6ft4. I am 32 and i’m 6ft2. I kept growing in height until I was 19.
Oh my you are at your peak. Guys stop growing around the age of 20 or 21. You might grow an inch or more but not much. So I guess you will have the same height of your father. Sometimes your brother can grow taller than you. I am 5’8 and my younger brother is 5’10. My dad and mom is both 5’6. I inherited my fathers gene while my brother inherited my mothers gene. My mothers family are tall people.
By the way, men grow differently from women. Just a clarification as some women here thinks they are men.
yes it is possible to grow when you are 19, because i think that the growth spurt stops at 20 or 21. I think that you are in luck n_n
