can i grow taller… help me?
hi im 5’4, been 18 since sept and weigh about 100 lbs with a mild case of Pectus Excavatum
my mom is 5’4, and my dad is 5’7 (told me he didnt stop growing till he was 19)
is it possible for me to grow naturally with age (till 19 or 21?)
is it possible for me to still take Human growth hormones (HGH) and other kinds of supplements
i know im not done growing yet and im sure that i will see a change when taking HGH
I havent grown since I 16 and dont ever remember hitting a growth spurt
my goal is 5’7 (my gf is 5’5!!! come one)
my dream is 6’0… help

Well maybe you will grow more. You have until the age of 21 but you also have to eat healthy food, exercise and the most important thing is get enough sleep.
