Can I still grow taller at age 17?
I’m 17 years old & I am only 5’3" =\ My dad is 6ft and my mom is tall too and my younger brother is taller then me. Is there a reason I’ve been the same height since I was 15? But anyway, is there any way i can grow taller naturally?

Of course you’ll keep growing. Puberty in males usually lasts until 18 but it’s very uncommon for people to keep growing for a couple of years after. You’re probably just a late bloomer and will have growth spurts. You might want to eat foods with lots of calcium [ex. milk] and get plenty of sleep [~8-8.5 hours at your age is optimal]
Hello
There are some specific methods that can help you to get taller.
check these helpful methods to grow taller faster:
Good sleeping
Getting a full night’s sleep every night is one of the most important things for growing taller..
Get 8-9 hours of sleep each night and take whatever steps you need to ensure that your sleep is uninterrupted as much as possible.
You should also know that the first 2 hours of sleep are when the most growth hormone is released into your system from your pituitary gland. Sleeping just a few hours can lower the amount of growth hormone your body produces, which is not what you want.
You need to eat the right foods
You need to start eating foods that are rich in proteins.
Some examples are:
milk, fish, eggs, and lean meat are all forms of good protein.
another recommended foods are foods that have plenty of amino acids and vitamins.
Be aware that the biggest threats to your growth are caffeine, junk food and refined sugar.
Leg lengthening, spine lengthening and other exercises
There are some very useful exercises for growing taller. Swimming for example can help a lot to increase your growth potential.
The meaning of less gravity in the water is more open bone areas for your body to fill them with new bone tissue. The free motion of swimming is very light on your body and greatly releases stress, which can prevent your body from growing. Try to swim about 3-4 times a week if you can.
Anyhow, don’t go out and buy those "wonder pills" that are offered all over the place, they just don’t work and you will waste hundreds of dollars for nothing. Why not? Well because the only scientific way the body grows is through the release of our natural height increasing hormone called HGH in short.
If you really want to grow taller There are only two ways that I will recommend. Firstly you must follow a proven grow taller program for at least 4-5 weeks.
There are only few recommended programs that actually work and can help you growing taller naturally by 2-3 inches in just a couple of weeks.
Check this article for information about new program that helped 1000′s to grow taller so far:

The second thing that can help you to increase your height is taking an "HGH Releaser" supplement.
Anyhow, just taking HGH supplements alone will NOT make you growing taller.
You need to combine it with specialized exercises,
stretches, and correct diet if you really wish to grow taller.
Be sure to purshace "HGH Releaser" from reputed manufacturers and not from "Quacks" and always check if this company gives you 100% guarantee for their HGH Releaser.

I hope it helps….
The only things that stunt growth in our lifestyles can all be directed to just common sense if you have a lousy nutrition everyday, if you lack the proper/essential/beneficial foods to eat daily, it won’t necessarily stop you from growing, but it doesn’t exactly increase the chances, either. Also, lack of flexibility has shown to hinder more growth, as the muscle tissues around your growing bones may or may not be the most potentially stretched. Just in general, nothing really stunts growth, but simple things such as getting at least 6-8 hours of sleep (hormones levels are released during sleeptime, producing growth; also, to rebuild muscle and give energy), staying physically fit (cardio, aerobic/anaerobic variations), and simply staying active thoroughout the day is all a pathway to growth. If you really want to grow taller even after puberty then check this out http://www.howtogrowtallernaturally.com or http://www.growtallersupplements.net I heard about it on a health forum strangely enough. I tried it not expecting much since l am 27….and I have been using it for 3 Months and,l see 2 inches difference in my height already. it has worked really well for me. Some companys are now making already mixed versions, it works though there isn’t much for scientific evidence supporting the manufacturer’s claim, but it works, also my friend tried it and it really worked out well for her too.
hi there, I stopped growing at just 14 – some people stop early, others later – feel free to mail me if u want …
