Well. I’ve always had the same haircut except when I was pretty young. I’m 16 years old and I have naturally curly, brown hair. I always get my hair layered and trimmed to my shoulders but I’ve let it grow out to my shoulder blades recently. I REALLY need a haircut and I want short hair again. Not too short. But I don’t want it to freak out and curl up really tight. I’m tall and I have a normal, oval shaped face. I like bangs, but not short bangs. I just want something new! Please and thank you!
Also, hairstyles are greatly appreciated for any length of curly hair. I can experiment.. I just need ideas.
And. Also. I am -not- a preppy kid. I’m a scene kid/band nerd. I usually wear my hair up. I just want a change. So no preppy "Dye it blonde! Floppy buns yayyy!"
No.
Just no.
Still, please and thank you
Can’t get it relaxed.. That’s the ONE thing my mother won’t let me do. Even if I pay for it.
Grow Taller Naturally Archives
So I’m 17, and this year I gained 9.5 lbs (in the past 15 months) and grew 1/4 of an inch. so now i’m like 5′ 2.75" tall and weigh around 120. And everyone tells me I’m skinny, and my weight is perfect for my height. Naturally though, my weight is always higher than people see because I have a more muscular build.
What’s weird is that I talked to my doctor, and have signs of an eating disorder. Probably anorexia, considering I restrict everything I eat and constantly count calories. but this doesn’t make any sense! I mean, my chest and hips have grown (I grew a cupsize and my hips have grown as well), but all of my pants have gotten a lot looser on my stomach. Is it possible that the doctor is right, and I do have a problem, and the only reason I weigh more is that my body has gotten curvier?
And for your information, I’m getting help. I just am confused about how i didn’t lose 10 lbs. And btw, sadly my restrictions and obsession with calories have gotten way worse since my doctor appointment. ![]()
Im mixed w/ irish, native american, egyptian, black, italian, and english. Weird combination, but the result is:
Tall: 5’9, pale gold or golden skin depending on the time of year, black hair w/ auburn & gold streaks (weird again, I know, but its natural), gold/green eyes, western features.
I just moved to California a couple of weeks ago from NY, and eeven though I’ve made a ton of friends, you can still tell Im knew; compared to everyone’s designed teen vouge look, VS my hoodies, sweatpants, & uggs, hair in a bun.
Im the ‘funny girl’, the spontaneous one who does crazy stuff and is friends with everyone. That’s fine with me, but Im 14. I want a BOYfriend!(sighs and drops dignity into the ocean.)
I’ve been stressed about my family moving, and Im a stress eater. I’ve gained about twenty five pounds over a year of preparing to move. SO, I need to shed the extra fat, tone down my body so im ready for west-coast bikini season, fix the mild acne situation, and fix my hair!
my hair; its naturally in curly ringlets, but I’ve relaxed it for maybe 3 or 4 years now, but i want the curls back, so im letting my roots grow out. I want hair to my waist, and right now, its just past my shoulders.
To wrap this up, I would really appreciate any flirting, makeup, hair, and fashion tips anyone has! Please and thanks! I’ll ‘Additional comment’ the answers to any questions!
So I’m a 15 yr old man and I’m 6 foot 8. I really don’t know what happened to me? I don’t like being so tall, everywhere I go a lot of people stare at me and I think I’m the tallest guy in my whole entire school. My body looks fine and is in proportion. There is nothing wrong with my skull figure or anything like that. I don’t have pain anywhere, i’m not weak, and I can work out with no problem. So I guess I’m just naturally like this. Genetics probably doesn’t have anything to do with it cuz my father is 5 foot 10, my mother is 5 foot 6, and my sister is 5 foot 9. Am I just about done growing or is there still more inches to come? Is there anything I can do to either make myself shorter or stop my growth if I’m still growing?? I want to do it naturally, not by medicine or drugs and stuff. And do you girls like tall people?
Please tell me what you think. This is my first ever rpg, and I really want honest opinions.
I was also wondering whether 24 is a realistic age for an army lieutenant? also should i put first or second lieuteant, or just leave it?
The game is about a special forces unit in 2043 who are trying to stop a deadly disease from coming over from mexico. I play the APC (armored personnel carrier) driver. Also if you know what kind of training is necessary for that job, i would appreciate it.
Name and Rank: Lieutenant Alexandra Nelson
Age: 24
Role: APC Driver
Weapons: Submachine gun
Appearance: Lieutenant Nelson is taller than average at 5’ 8” and is slim naturally, although her army training has added muscle to her frame. She is pretty, but not beautiful with coppery-blond hair that she wears in a military bun. Her eyes are hazel surrounded by long, brown lashes over a prominent, lightly freckled nose.
Personality: Alexandra is a fairly logical thinker and never gets emotional unless something is very important to her. She tends to do well in high pressure situations, and finds moderate danger to be thrilling. Her personality is on the quiet side, although if engaged in conversation she will respond for as long as the other person continues talking. She is quite bright and has read a lot of books, both fiction and non-fiction. When she is not doing something important, she can be absent minded, and will seem to be listening to you but really her mind is somewhere else.
She loves to be in nature and will often retreat to a tree with a book when not on a mission. In a busy room, you will often find her alone in a secluded corner.
History: Alexandra was raised in a white collar family in northern Virginia as an only child, and has never known the world without the wall on the Texas border. Whenever the Apocalypse Plague was mentioned on the news, she always had a keen interest and kept her eyes glued to the screen. How quickly it spread always fascinated her and her sometimes overactive imagination would make her fear for her life every time she got a cold.
When asked what she wanted to be when she grew up, the young Alexandra would always reply with the typical answers “doctor “, “teacher”, or “lawyer”. This changed after an Army recruiter came to her high school and she began thinking about joining. When she told her parents about her decision, they were very surprised. After they saw how determined she was, they accepted her decision but made her promise to go to West Point instead of enlisting.
I just joined a RPG and would like to know whether the writing in this character sheet is any good. Please tell me what you think, and I really want honest opinions.

Hi I really want to abit taller (currently 5ft 9in) , stay healthy and look good, I’ve done some Research and came across human growth hormones pills, Im 18 an still growing till 20 or 21 so I think its best to take HGH, they occur naturally from our body. there are 2 HGH that I researched on that are not scams, which of these are better??
1) HGH Energizer http://www.hghworks.com/hgh-energizer-review/
2)GenF20 http://hghchat.com/hgh-releaser/genf20-review
I was wondering if anyone could give me some advise and what I would do to succeed my goal and is there anyone who taken or knows about HGH and male growth?
Thank you.
I’m 15, 5’0 & 85 lbs. I’m not tall at all, but I look insanely skinny. I went shopping for jeans for the first time in a while and I’m still a 00. I have been a 00 for 4 years! I know that being naturally skinny is a good thing, but I really think I should gain weight to grow functionally. I don’t want it to become a health problem.
I’ve tried gaining weight many times, but I guess I just have a fast metabolism. I drink Ensure & I’m thinking about eating bread more haha.
Tips? (: Thanks!
I’m a girl, 15, 5’2 ![]()
all my friends are 5’5+
it makes me really insecure and makes me feel "ugly" in some sort of way
is there any way that i can grow taller naturally because my doctor said im not gonna grow that much anymore
please no rude comments =/
I’m 13, and I’m five foot 10 an still growing.
When I was younger I felt really out of place, because I was always the really tall, skinny girl. I had like a long white blonde straight mop of hair, and I was really really pale, so i looked really really ill. I think these things set me apart from my year a bit, as none of them grew to my height.
Now I am older, and I am still very uncomfortable with it. I’m naturally quite self conscious, and I pick at any fault I can.
If I see a tall, skinny girl walking past, I think “wow, they are so long”
But if I catch site of myself in a mirror, I think “I’m so tall and un-lady like, I look lumpy”.
I obsess over my weight, because I’m scared that if I put on a pound too much I will look like a walking boulder.
Is height good in a girl?
How can I make myself appeer shorter?
I am 15 year old male, gonna turn 16 next month and my height is around 5’9.I wanted to know will i get any taller. My mom is kinda short(5’3) and my dad is 5’11, I really wanna reach 6ft and I know its related to genes and stuff but till what age am i gonna grow? and will i be able to reach 6ft?.And are there anyways to naturally increase my height? Also does taking protein supplements help or does weight training stunt growth, and my feet are small in size, my shoe size is 7 i guess and it hasnt changed since 2-3 years. Thanks for your answer ![]()
i am 16, male and currently 5ft 3, is there still time for me to grow taller naturally? if not is there any other way i can achieve it?

Slavery was to be held against your will and forced to commit to free-labor with no intention of ever becoming free. Slavery existed even in ancient times using your captured enemies as slaves, or force your subject to follow your rule etc. and since then that trend in history has repeated its self in the 1960’s causing African Americans of both genders to be imprisoned because of their difference in appearance and skin color. That one difference instilled fear in those who where not used to seeing the women short and stocky and the men long and thin or tall and very muscular with brown skin of different shades for this very reason is why slaves were imprisoned because the white people felt that we should get them before they get us. During these times it was difficult to find a woman man or child of the African American race that wasn’t a slave. Most picked cotton in fields where they worked grueling hours day and night only to be chained when work was done and feast on rotting meat and parts of the animal the owner didn’t want if they were lucky. Other slaves whose skin was lighter in appearance usually worked as maids and butlers to the slave/plantation owner and his wife and children. Being a slave meant you were black so you were often disrespected, demoralized, and hated. Trying to escape was not an option and surviving was a daily task that you had to juggle between your works. You were often punished if you needed something as simple as water and fought hard to learn to speak, read, write, spell, and keep your family safe from your master and other slaves who resorted to stealing when they were desperate. I think what caused slavery was the demand for certain products but not having willing workers to satisfy it and also the human nature to either become scared and repel against anything that is different than what we are used to or to accept and envy it because we lack it but instead of envying it everyone became frightened suddenly being black was dangerous and since that was your race you were alienated and looked down upon and even thought of as not even being human even thought they shared all the same basic features. Plantation owners used this to their advantage capturing young men and young women so they can grow to become strong and have strong children and women and men who were older to work until the others grew up making racism and hate towards people seem natural among almost everyone around them. Although the life of a slave was very difficult not giving up and finding the light of things came naturally. Songs kept you thinking about freedom and what words were next instead of your aching back, throbbing feet, and bleeding hands, dances made you feel free of worries and light-spirited, and stories were told of former slaves who escaped and did well in life or was funny because laughter was thought to cure and pain. While they were hopeful slaves knew as long as the white people remained ignorant and fixated on differences instead of similarities they will not be accepted just like others of different races who were not white though they were not slaves life was just as difficult even today if people remain ignorant and let their fear of change and difference frighten them racism will never be completely abolished.
okay i know i asked for opinions but be serious the topic is not a laughing matter and only answering to get points is not acceptable
I am 14 and have a large ribcage, but a thin waist. I am underweight compared to the rest of my peers and friends (5’7” tall and 90 pounds) but I am not anorexic or anything, I am just naturally thin and have a great metabolism. However as I’ve grown older my ribcage has started getting bigger, but it looks really gross because you can see where all of the bones are and stuff. It makes me look pretty abnormal because of my thin waist and large ribcage. A lot of people tell me that I should eat more to make it look even, but no matter how much I eat I don’t gain weight. (I am actually a total chocoholic and I eat a lot of food.) I need to wear a bikini in two weeks and I would like to make my ribcage look smaller so that my stomach looks nice. What can I do?? Thanks!
Hello. i recently turned 17, am around 140lb and 5’11 feet tall.
I do have a fair bit of knowledge on this subject area, but obviously i’m not a master, so i just want to ask a few questions to fil in the gaps so i can make the most of my work outs and get bigger (which is obviously my gain :3)
1.I drank 2 scoups of maximuscle progain for 6 weeks and gained 4 kilos, but it was all around my stomach. REAALLLY flabby stuff there haha. presumeably the carbs had done that. I was working out 3 times a week while taking the supplement. I want to know that if i were to take maximuscle proMAX instead..which has barely any carbs and is mostly protein…would i still gain weight but not around my tummy?
2.I’v been at a great gym for nearly 4 months and do see some progress. My muscles appear more defined, but i swear i’m not ‘bigger’. It makes no sense. i lift the heaviest weight i can and do chest and arms one day – back and shoulders the second – and legs on third. so its all even ish. why arent i getting bigger? (i eat a lot, not as though i’m purposely trying to force feed myself though)
3.my bones are naturally thin. so looking at my arms for example, yes you can see a clear defined bicep etc, but the arm itself is relatively small. will keeping to a hard routine sort of make my bones grow. maybe not grow..but my arms appear bigger? (sorry to make it awkward)
if anyone could help me on ANY of the issues i’d be grateful!
many thanks,
andy
I know its kinda long but please read. Ill give everyone a thumbs up and ten points to best answer.
The book is about freshman kids who realize that high school can change a person and that friendships don’t last forever. Their stories are told from a third person point of view and their
lives are revealed throughout the book.
Spencer Jerry, a 15 year old girl who people secretly envy for her exotic beauty is five foot five, very thin(due to a secret eating disorder), has long straight black hair with a streak of blonde in the front. She’s naturally tan and has a "Punk" laid back style. Even though Spencer is pretty, she doesn’t act like it, for she is not self centered. She’s very calm and is friends with everyone due to her witty and fun personality and is known to make everyone smile. Spencer knows that she can get any guy and feels she needs a challenge. Later on in the book Spencer makes a bet with her friend Cady Renolds that she can get any girl. After Spencer wins the bet by getting Tara Morgan to fall in love with her, Tara finds out it was just a bet and goes back to being home schooled. Spencer soon realizes that she actually did like Tara and becomes bi-curious. Spencer then goes on with life and secretly falls in love with a new girl at school but doesn’t tell anyone for she knows being gay is frowned upon in her community.
Cady Renolds, a 14 year old girl, who is best friends with Spencer although she is very different from her. Cady is an inch taller, has pale skin, blonde hair, blue eyes, and is known to be the "typical american" She is quite boy obsessive even though she’s never really done anything with a guy but doesn’t tell anyone that. She’s fairly smart and tries to follow in the steps of her sister Carmen who is the most popular senior in school. Cady has a "preppy" style. She goes through life acting care free but honestly cares about every single detail in her life. early on in the book, Spencer grows tired of Cady due to the fact Cady always cares about her appearence and overly obsesses over the male race. They soon make up which results in "The Bet". Short after Spencer wins the bet, Cady catches Spencer kissing her sister, Carmen behind a tree and approaches her yelling, "The bets over, what are you doing!?" Spencer then confesses to Cady that she has true feelings towards girls which leaves Cady depressed feeling like their friendship was a lie.
Tara Morgan is a 15 year old female who is open about her sexual perference. She is known as "The Lesbian" but has no problem with it. She has shoulder length jet black hair and a laid back personality. She falls in love with Spencer Jerry but finds out Spencers feelings towards her aren’t real and are just a bet. After finding out, she goes back to being home schooled and is rarely ever mentioned again in the book.
Miranda Wise, a 16 year old girl who has failed the ninth grade and is repeating it in a new school.
She’s the "new kid" who people find akward due to her looks. She’s 5 foot four, has shoulder length hair that is dyed a pinkish red. She has a lip ring, and a tattoo on her lower stomach. Spencer sees miranda and falls quickly in love with her although they have never met.
Ben O’Connor is 15, tall, and "Every girls dream." He’s on the varsity football team and likes Cady. After hanging out a few times, they get into a deep conversation which Cady reveals that her best friend, Spencer, is gay. Ben finds this attractive and asks to meet Spencer. Cady introduces them and Ben is determined to get Spencer. After ditching Cady for spencer, Cady thinks spencer is trying to steal Ben from her. Resulting in another fued between them. Spencer then remembers that Cady knows her secret and does everything in her will to suck up to Cady. Cady then tells her that the only way she’ll ever forgive her, is to admit to everyone that she’s gay herself, or else Cady will do it.
So does this sound okay so far? I’ll have more characters but this is it so far. I’m tired of reading books about a bunch of rich, spoiled 18 year olds. Like Gossip Girl and stuff. So I decided to write a book about freshman teenagers who deal with everyday life. So what do you think? Would you read it? Do you have any suggestions for characters or anything?
So I’m korean, grew up in Canada and i have been boxing for about 1 year. Growing up, i was athletic and participated in many sport teams and i noticed for almost all sports i was the only asian. (Sprinting, American Football, Boxing). I like boxing, I have fire in my belly and i really want to succeed in it. (Even though i dont want to become a professional). I’m tired of asians getting looked down upon.
I’m short and on the muscular side, but everyone underestimates me, never sees me as a challenge, and tells me I have a inevitable disadvantage due to my race. I hate this, and in any physical sport im the only asian who stands a chance against all the taller whites/black kids. If I tell them I do boxing everyone laughs and says i should go join some karate shit like all the other asians.
So are asians naturally unathletic? Even in boxing history, most champions are black, few white and the only famous boxer who is asian is Manny Pacquiao. Manny seems to be the only exception to this. Is this true?
How do i know if i have talent or if i stand a chance? I dont wanna be doing a sport which im just gonna suck at.
I’m currently 15 and 9 months old and weigh about 159 pounds, standing at 5foot 6and a half. I’ve been working out at the gym for half a year and got really big in my shoulders chest and arms. I Bench 140 and do 80lbs flys and 100 lbs dummbell presses. I naturally have a longer body and shorter legs. My mom and relatives think that if i continue to workout I would not grow to my potential height, is that true? Everyday I drink milk and take omega 3 and multivitamins. My mom is 5’3", dad is 5’4 and a half". I stopped growing for almost 8 months, but wen I hit the gym I gre half an inch. Can you give me any advice?
I know its kinda long but please read and answer. Ill give thumbs up to every answer an 10 points to the best.
thanks ahead of time.

I’m a girl & I am about 13 years old.
I’m already starting puberty [I just recently started my period about 2 months ago]
I heard that when you get your period, you’re going to grow taller & along with some other body changes.
But the thing is, I don’t get why I’m still so short.
I’m only 4’9 yet I weigh 89 pounds
To me & my family, that’s not really good
At school during P.E, I run 2-3 laps (cross country and a mile too) around the track for about an hour
everyday.
I’ve cut down on my meat too, (trying not to eat too much) & eat more healthy stuff like vegetables, fruits, yogurt, but mostly a little snack/junk food D:
Yet I’m still not growing much. Is there any explanations for this? & any advice on what I can do to help me grow taller soon? I want to be at least 5’1 by the end of this year

Also, any ideas for a title?
what should I call the book?
I know it’s kinda long but please read and answer. Ill give thumbs up to every answer and 10 points to the best. thank you ahead of time.
