Im really short for my age and that makes me kinda depressed. I stretch a lot and excersie two times a week and i eat healthy too. But im still short, how can i grow taller in one week?

hey, my name is will, i am 16 years old and i am 5’9 and i was just wondering how i could increase few inches, im asking this because my friends are 6’2, 6’1 and so on, when i stand beside them i feel like a midget, any tips on what to do and eat will be greatly appreciated by me and many others with this problem.

my metabolism is EXTREMELY slow!!! i gaines 8lbs in 4 days. im 13 and i ‘m 5’7 3/4 and i want to get to 5’9 or 5’9 1/2. how can i grow without eating a lot? i started eating about 1700 calories. before i ate liike 1300-1500 calories. and i gained 8 lbs… how can i grow w/ out increasing my eating???!!

One’s height might usually depend on their genes, but I know that lifestyle choices can affect one’s growth spurt as well. Okay I am only 4’10, and all my friends are taller that 5’2, and it puts me to shame when Im next to them. Sometimes they tewase me and I feel as I don’t fit in. I am relee skinny, and dont eat: CHOCOLATE-I hate it- cake, cookies, icecream, or pizza, or any junk food like that, so my eating habits are good.
