I know it won’t but im asking this to settle an argument, my friend said that adding rubber bands to his shoes will help him jump higher because the "elasticity" will transfer to the shoe and give you better vertical, i know that doesnt make much sense but he thinks it does, but im telling him that it won’t ’cause that isnt how rubber bands work and it isnt how the process by which energy transfers works, help me out here would you?
I’m looking online and there’s so many of them, I don’t know what to pick. If anyone has some suggestions for good brands I would appreciate it. Thanks.
Oh btw, I’ll just be using them for regular tennis shoes or something similar, if that helps.
Just want to see which is more common

Ok. so I m starting to go to the YMCA and I want to buy either the kobe Vs or the jordan alpha trunner. I know that kobe Vs are good basketball shoes but idk if I can wear them while lifting weights and using cardio machines. So which is a better shoe to use for playing basketball, using cardio machines AND lifting weights. I don’t rlly care to much about the cardio machines but still… Thanks.

I’m 19 and 5′4. Back home (Japan) I was still considered short but had no trouble getting girls. But now overseas, many girls are the same height or taller than I am! I didn’t care about it, but now at college, I tend to feel that Height is a much bigger factor here. So I have a QUESTION for the ladies: What do you think of shorter guys? Would you go out with them if they were goodlooking smart and nice although they are vertically challenged? And What do you think of shoe lifts?
Im normally a confident person but this issue is quite depressing. Any experience with shorter guys is welcome! Help this man to regain his confidence! Thanks a lot
Ok so I am going into 9th grade. I start on Monday!!
Anyway so I am already 5′7. I have never really been self conscious about my height at all really… I mean I know I am taller than most of the girls but it has never really bothered me. I like the way I am. But, it did begin to bother me just a couple days ago when I was in a shoe store and I saw a huge variety of leather boots for the fall. They had everything from ankle boots, and tall knee high boots that zip and they all had like a 2-3 inch heel. I love these shoes. I think leather boots with a heel look so cute, and fashionable especially when you tuck them into skinny jeans. But then…. I started to feel SO SAD because I thought well I am 5′7 and wearing even a 2 inch heel will make me 5′9 which is TOO TALL. I mean nothings stopping me but I think that I will be taller or as tall as all the guys and I don’t know… I felt like crap. Cause I love these shoes but I feel like I am stuck in between a rock and a hard place. Do you think I should be self conscious about being about 5′9 in boots?! Help!
Or does anyone know of a good comany that sells elevstor shoes that do not look clunky and thick?
i’m chinese and i live in China and i work in an business office so i always finding myself everyday in Black 5 Inch High Heels Stilettos at work and always wear 6 inches going out shopping & hanging out with friends. Which one and height of heels you wear most?

A medical mistake stunted my bone growth when I was an adolescent, dropping my height percentile by 25 percent. As a result, I’m a little insecure about my height, causing me to wear lifts. I’m just wondering if there are any physical drawbacks to wearing shoe lifts such as back problems or risk of tendon-tearing in my legs. I imagine the risks wouldn’t be as bad as women who wear heels, but I dunno.
Shoe lifts for mens, I want some that are 1-2 inches. >_<”
One of my boyfriends legs is longer than the other (by a good inch or so) is there any kind of shoes or even some custom made shoes we could find him? And if so, where could we buy them from?
Well I wanted to buy a pair of regular shoes and get soles that can increase my height? Or, where can I buy shoes that will make me appear 2-3 inches taller? And, is it noticeable?
