I wear shoe lifts
I sometimes wish I would be in a wheel chair (I know its terrible)…so that people wont see how short I am

How can I learn to love my Shortness, the most physical attribute that I hate the most about myself…?

I am taller than most of my friends I am about 5’3 and my best friend is 5’0 and the other is 4’7ish. What are some shoes that WONT increase my height besides flats and tennis shoes that are still in fashion and are versital and defffinatly CHEAP!

Now she has to wear a shoe lift on her shoe and she might need another surgery.
This dr. said that she noticed something on her last visit but she did not say anything because she told it was nothing. When the dr. office called and told me that her hip was dislocated they sent me to an Orthopedic doctor the very next day. That dr. asked how come I did not bring her in sooner. I ttold him I just found out the day before. Now my daughter has to live with this the rest of her life.

I am 5’10 and wear size 13 shoes, im guessing this is way above average right?

So first off I should say that I’m kinda short, only 5’6" tall. I was visiting my local suzuki dealership the other day, looking for a GSX-R. Anyway, I discovered that when I’m on one of them that my feet are about and inch and a half of the ground, so I’d have to tip toe it. Then I tried the GS500F, which fit a little better, still tip toeing though. I DON"T want to lower the bike, because of the effect it can have on the bike’s handling, however I am going to shave the seat down to get my feet closer to the ground. I was talking to the dealer and he told me that he’s heard of short riders putting a pair of shoe lift’s into their riding boots to get that other inch of leg length so that they can ride flat footed. I was told the same thing at the Kawaski dealership next door, as well as the Honda dealership down the street. I’m a little hesitant to take their advice because of the fact that the dealerships will say anything to get you to purchase a bike from them, they really don’t care if I can ride it or not, they just want my money. Has anybody else tried this? If so, did it work?

I HATE wearing shorts, because I always wear dumb flip flops with them, and I look stumpy and fat. Is it ever approriate to wear something with some lift with shorts? I really hate flats, but I can’t wear jeans all summer. I usually just wear skirst, but I dunno, I do have some shorts I feel like I should wear them.

im 18 im 5`8-9 barefoot and my shoe size is like a 9.5-10.5. Im saying that because my size 10.5 shoes have a decent amount of room in them. Am I a nice height for my age.

ok, but that fluffy little fleece slip-on was NOT made for skating……

I was asked and we don’t know each other that well but I said yes and now I’m wondering if I can wear high heels. I’ve talked to a few guy friends and they said they wouldn’t want their prom dates taller than them but I want extra insight!
Please give advice?

Im going to be slowdancing with my guy and I need to be taller (hes a lot taller than me). And I dont have enough time to go out and buy shoe gels, or lifts. I just need something I could find around the house that I could put in ugs, or sneakers. Any ideas??

We don’t ever get to sit down except for our 30 minute lunch break. And we are consistently running around, lifting stuff, and pulling heavy carts. I’m a replenishment associate at JCP. By the end of the day my feet feel like they are on fire. They are swollen and get blisters. And my heels hurt so bad. I wear converses with insoles for the heel. Does anyone have a shoe that they can swear by? Thanks!

The foot is supported by the front of the foot being lifted slightly to give good arch support, for a healthy lower back, and to avoid scoliosis etc…Does anyone know of a foot support shoe wedge, or of how to find a shoe wedge company or specialist that can recommend or offer something like this, as the shoes do not look good to me, the Birkenstock and it seems easier just to slip a wedge in some other shoes.

Ok This Is What I Don’t Get So Some Ppl Say They Are 6’0 And When They Take Off Their Shoes It Dont Seem Much Different They are still 6’0 with their shoes. However i’m like 5’9 or 5’10 and go to 5’11 with my nike shoes but when i take them off i go down to like 5’10 or 5’9? so why do some ppl stay the same height with and without shoes and why do some ppl seem shorter without shoes? or does it even matter? Aren’t all heal sizes the same among regular shoe brands like Nikes converse Jordans etc?

I couldn’t wear out my running shoes faster by lifting in them? To me it just doesnt make sense lifting in runnning shoes.

ive started a routine that mainly lift weights and a little bit of running. What type of shoes are designed for heavy weight lifting and can also do a little running. The two main exercises i do that needs safe shoes that withstand heavy weights are squats and deadlifts. Thanks alot!!

Would the lifts be loose if I got them size 9.5-10 when I’m wearing size 10.5 shoes? The lifts would be inserted into the shoe by the way.

Im not so sure about how tall i am without shoes but i know im around 5’10-5’11 so how much more height does shoes give you?

Would it display anything on the outside of the box mentioning it’s shoe lifts? I don’t want anyone at my house getting the box and then making fun of me lol.

What do I weigh?
