I want to wear a pair of Puma Suedes and also be able to have a extra 3-5 cm boost to my height. How can I make some shoe inserts myself?

Hi, i am thinking about getting shoe lifts so that i appear taller then i am. Im just wondering what people think of them ? I am quite short – 6ft & half. I am 17 yrs old.

Girls – what do think of guys who wear shoe lifts ?
Guys – have you ever purchase them ? What are they like ?

I know that when measuring ponies and certain breeds they give you an allowance for shoes that does not count as the horses height.
I have a client who is taking a warmblood mare in for her breeding certification but they must be 15.3 minimum for height and she is very borderline. I believe she’s over but the owner is sure she’s dead on or a tad low. She believes that addin shoes and possibly pads will give the added boost to make sure she qualifies.
I’m not sure if the certification board takes shoes into account for height. If they do it’s not going to help much and may cause trouble if we add the pads. Has anybody had any experience with this or any good guesses on the regulations? Any advice would be helpful.
The mare is Thoroughbred and I believe Holsteiner but I may have the warmblood side wrong.

I’m an average-sized guy – a little over 5’9" – and am happy with my height. I just thought it might be fun to see what it’s like to view the world from 6′ or so now and then. I’ve been to my neighborhood shoe repair store, but they don’t have lifts. Anybody know where to buy them in Manhattan? If not, I’ll just order some online.

If your advice comes from a web search, could you tell me what your search terms were? This seems to me to be the hardest thing to use the internet for – actually locating a product that one is physically close to. (I know this is kind of silly – I could call around local stores & just ignore the Web – but any intelligent suggestions of how you’ve ingeniously retrieved useful info I would greatly appreciate.)

I had total hip replacement May 10, and have found that the leg on the operated side is longer than the other. I need to get a shoe lift, and would like to know what kind of lifts people have found to be the best, and where to purchase them. I would prefer buying them online, if possible. I am also wondering if this leg difference will change over time. I would appreciate any input from people who have any info to give me. Thanks

I have the nicest pair of red high heels and don't want to grow out of them but still want to grow height wise.I know how girly.
