Do baryta carb and silicea help grow taller? can anyone please specify its dosage and details?
I have a cousin who is 5'6'' tall. His parents are short and it is a family hereditary. He is 19 yrs old and desires to grow tall without any side effects. How efective can homeopathy be in increasing height ? I have read several forums suggesting baryta carb 200c and silicea 12×4 how does this help? please suggest something.

I was 5’1 at 24. now I am turning 25 in a month and I am 5’6. I grew the most during this summer because I actually started using super-growth .
the following helped me and still help:
1) Drinking at least 2 big glasses of milk a day.
2.) playing basketball and going swimming. Basketball really helps, and you should also work out your calves and thigh muscles, that helps too.
3)Eat alot, because when I started to get taller I didn’t gain a pound but I looked skinnier.
