Do Shoe lifts really work?
I’m 5’7 and I was looking to add around 2 inches to my height.Do shoe lifts work and are they comfortable?

you don’t want to use those even if they work. be confident in your own height. just being taller wont help with the ladies or just your confidence in everyday life.
as far as know, shoe lifts are for back problems or posture issues, not to just and height. I would consult a professional because I wouldn’t risk screwing up my posture to add a couple inches.
