A few things that help…
I was 5’7 at 23. now I am turning 24 in a month and I am 6'0. I grew the most during last summer because I actually started using super-growth height enhancer 6 month course.
the following helped me and still help:
1) Drinking at least 2 big glasses of milk a day.
2.) playing basketball and going swimming. Basketball really helps, and you should also work out your calves and thigh muscles, that helps too.
3)Eat alot, because when I started to get taller I didn’t gain a pound but I looked skinnier.
4) http://www.super-growth.com this is another natural solution to grow taller and quicker
I don't mean to be rude but does that sound right to you?
Even if they did make you taller you can't stretch bones so where do you think the extra height comes from?
99.9% sure this won't work and 100% sure it's very unhealthy and will leave you much worse off than you started.
I'm short too, it sucks, but there's no way to stretch out.
im tall and yes, we do enjoy the view
take human growth hormone
its not healthy but its as bad as coffee booze and sleeping 7 hours a night so why not?
If you naturally feel like stretching all the time, it means you're growing. Unfortunately, it doesn't work vice versa. I'm 6 foot 2 but I don't look down at short people
NO
The only way you're going to "grow" taller than the height you are as an adult would be to have a special appliance called a halo attached to your head to stretch your spine. It's used for children with dwarfism. I don't think it would work if your growth plates are already done growing.
My daughter in law is your height and she is a beautiful woman, inside and out, who is self-assured regardless of her stature. Please learn to love you just the way you are because there are so many others out there who would love to be able to get out of a wheelchair just to be 4'10".
