I know what you mean…I’ve always been very short, a lot shorter than ppl my age, and now that I’m an adult – I’m still only 5"2. I don’t really mind anymore, but I understand your problem.
You can’t do any exercises to make your body taller. What you CAN do, is dress in a way that will make you appear taller! Certain clothes will make you look shorter, and other clothes will make you look taller. I found a great website on this subject, i’ll give you the link:

(go to extra short)
Good luck with everthing, girl! And remember: you’re beautiful the way you are!
There is no foods or exercises that can make you grow taller. It is a myth. You are 15 and chances are you will grow naturally to your desired height or even above it.
surgery on your legs maybe. I hear they do that alot in Japan.
Be very careful with lifting heavy weights if you want to grow taller. The way your bones grow is with cartilage growth plates on the ends of your bones. For example, the bone in your thigh has a cap on the end by your knee that is cartilage. The end of the cap that is closest to your knee is growing further from your knee and the end of the cap that is closest to your hip is turning into bone making you taller. If you lift heavy weights or do a lot of high impact exercises that growth plate will turn to solid bone to adapt to the strain it is under. That is why female gymnasts who do a lot of hard landings rarely crack 5 feet! Be careful and patient and everything will be fine. Good luck!
