Do you grow taller if you workout everyday?
I brisk walk everyday for an hour & do some lower ab workouts like pulling my legs (bended) to my chest then making them straight again, vertical.
I just heard that you could grow taller by exercising & stuff.
I’m 16 & 5’5. & i’m a girl.
I don’t want to grow any taller. lol.

Apparently you are supposed to be able to grow taller with certain exercises so if you don’t want to get any taller perhaps you could steer clear of those supposedly grow taller exercises that you can find in a web search for "exercises to grow taller".
ummmmm no. your height is genetics. you won’t grow taller. you may appear taller if you slouched and from working out you develop better posture but thatttttt’s about it.

Your height is mostly determined by genetics, meaning that you will probably be about as tall as your parents and other relatives that are your gender. While nutrition does play some small part in your height, exercise does not play a role in your height.
