Do you guys have any tips on how to grow taller?

   You’re height is already pretty ideal for a 13 year old, but if you really want to become taller, exercise and the right diet always helps. Try playing basketball or swimming, they tend to stretch your muscles so that they would elongate. Also, drink lots of milk, but most importantly, sleep at least 8-9 hours every night. Your body grows and develops the most when you’re sleeping! As for diet, try eating lots of protein (such as lean meat), and fruits/vegetables will help you stay slim while growing. Good luck!

   Height is determined mainly by genetics, but also by nutrition in your earliest years. If you’re 5’3 now, odds are you’ll never get much taller than 5’5 or 5’6.

   eat all ur green veggies and listen to your mommy and daddy…..
   hun there is really no way to make u taller
   its all in ur genetics

   You will probably grow another 2 inches up to 5’5. Growing up to 6’0 could be regarded as wishful thinking and is highly unlikely.
