Do you know any excercises for ppl who are tryin to grow TALLER?
Im 16, I wanna grow taller, and i THINK i can. I’ve heard someone who grew 2 inches after high school. I just wanna know how i can.

you cant DO anything to help you grow taller.
It depends on your familys height.
If your going to grow taller your body will do it natural on its own during the teen years and early twenties.
All you can do is eat right and exercise regularly, growing taller will happen naturally.
you could keep growing into your 20’s. but you have no control over your height. there are no exercises that are going to make you taller.

Its not so much about exercise as it is about genetics and diet. Odds are if you are already as tall as most of your relatives of the same gender you won’t grow much taller than you are now. But just to be sure, make sure you eat alot of protien, green leafy veggies, and whole grains, and take a multivitamin specifically designed for people in their teens. Good luck!
Height comes with nutriton and genes, not excercise. Growing after high school is not uncommon because you keep growing untill roughly age 21. Eating right is the main thing you can do to affect your own height. Also, keep in mind once again that you will probally keep growing after high school. Look at other people throughout your family that are your gender. If all the males/females (depending on your sex) are approxamently the same height, and they were raised (nutrition wise) about the same as you, expect to be a simular height.
Get new genes
Sleep a lot. Thats when your growth hormones are at its highest rate..
Only your genes can determine your final height. Unless you want to try your luck on an old torture device called the RACK. After you get through the pain of dislocated joints you may be a couple of inches taller. Maybe.
BTW: It has been said that if your parents measured you at the age of 18 months (for boys at least) that would have been half your eventual height.
That worked out for my son and we measured him to be 3 feet 3 inches. He stopped growing at 6 foot 6 inches by the time he was 21 years old.

Well, u have to stretch ur spine and ur legs.. those are most important. try reaching for toes and bending over to the sides. do it especially in the morning, that is when u have to stretch out, because ur ligaments tighten, so u have to stretch them out. go on youtube and type in "how to get taller" u should find ur results there… Good luck (Sleep alot) u grow a little but its better than nothing)
