does anyone know how i can grow taller naturally not taking pills ?
im 19 and i want to grow about 3 inches cos im only 5 foot 6 please help

If I were you, I wouldn’t take pills. Be happy with what God gave you.

Are you mad? What do you want to grow for? I’m 6’2" and would love to be 5’6" – all the girls I like are 5’2 – 5’4" and think I’m too tall for them. My friends tell me to make the most of what I am.
if you’re a male, its possible that you can still grow, but it wont be that many inches. just be thankful for your good health.
You need to know that genetics are genetics and without the use of steroids (which in NOT recommended) growing taller naturally is unlikely. Here are some things you should know.
-Males stop growing at 22
-Calcium and vitamin D promote strong bones and growth
-Exercise (combination of stretching and weights) can at the very least give the appearance that you are taller.
Again, you will grow naturally based on your genetics. So if you have a short family you will also probably be short. I’m almost 25 and I’m only 5’6. It’s not really that bad. I like short girls more anyway.
