Does jumping makes you grow tall, how long should i be jumping, when do i expect result?
Does it makes u shorter, since when you hit the ground, it repress on your bone from your weight?
Also what are the most effective exercises to grow taller, including food

ummmm, jumping doesn’t make you taller. that’s like the stupidest thing i’ve heard in a while,lol.

no jumping doesnt help. nothing helps your grow. its just your own mind and body. when you stop growing you just sop growingg.be happy how short or tall you are.
Drink lots of milk and get at least eight hours of sleep. By the way, the jumping thing does nothing but strengthen your calf muscles…..
Sorry but excercise does not make you grow taller. Your genetic make-up was decided at conception. It also does not make you shorter by jumping. Only in older age when one gets osteoporosis do you start "shrinking". This is now preventable with medication.
