does stretching really help you grow taller?
I really want to get taller, I’m around 5"1 and still in high school. I know I will grow maybe four more inches naturally at least but how do I get taller? I’m no good at sports, but I’m fit and I eat right. Does stretching, milk, and sleep really help you grow taller? PLEASE help me. What type of stretching? any foods? any minor excerises I can do every day to help?

Workout, but NO WEIGHT TRAINING, do things like push ups, sit ups, swimming, jogging, sports like football/soccer and do plenty of chin ups they are known exercises that make you taller it just takes time though. Drink milk 2 times a day and sleep a lot since you are working out you will need it. I did all that and I’m currently 17 and a half yrs old 5ft 8, my dad is 5ft 1 and my mom is 5ft 3, who says genetics decides your height, it’s your choice only you can decide. GO FOR IT!!!
