I really want to get taller, I’m around 5"1 and still in high school. I know I will grow maybe four more inches naturally at least but how do I get taller? I’m no good at sports, but I’m fit and I eat right. Does stretching, milk, and sleep really help you grow taller? PLEASE help me. What type of stretching? any foods? any minor excerises I can do every day to help?
