Sure does. Consider first the comfort in a flat shoe, then as the angle of the foot to the ground increases as the heel gets higher, discomfort will also appear and become more severe as the angle increases putting more pressure on the ball of the foot. Fortunately, I can wear a 4" heel all day with very little discomfort.
sometimes and no
absolutely. i cannot wear heels at all. i broke my left foot and the bone didn’t heal correctly and heels just kill me.
It depends. If the pitch is too high on the shoe than it can kill my feet. Also if the heel is not very thick I feel like I will fall.
From a mans perspective, it seems to get more sexier when its high heel. But in relation to comfort, it seems so, (let me take them off for you)…HAHA
I don’t do high heels any more. I live in walking shoes and crocs. If I have to wear dress shoes, I keep the heel around an inch tall. It’s one of the blessings of being over 50 and happy with my image!
i like them up to 3in…but lower is better(for me atleast)
i love flats better:D
i can wear anything up to 4". it’s taken years of breaking my feet in
yes. the higher the heel, the more of an unatural position your foot is forced into, and the more uncomfy you will be.
That’s a pretty silly question! You should know the answer to, considering you wear 6inch heels to work!
The higher they are, the more uncomfortable. But you have to take into account the type of style as well. A pointy toe stiletto will be more painful even if its 3 inches high in comparison to a 4 inch round-toe stacked heel shoe. Or even a 5 inch wedge heel, in comparison to a 3 inch stiletto. So style definitely adds or detracts from level of comfort!
4" full time are no problem, 5" are ok for an evening or some hours while shopping if I can give my feet a little rest from time to time.
