okay so i hate my height and i always have and i always will (i’m about 5’9) , i’m too tall and that’s that. but moving on…i’m pretty much pathetic at running , but i love biking and i love yoga…though i just researched yoga and realized that it makes you grow taller…fml….so is this true?? if i do yoga every week , will i grow taller?
and what about running? if i start going for runs, will i grow taller?
i’ve reached my peak height already…and i’d like to stay the height i am now or get shorter, thank you very much .
