Hey, Wat can I do to grow some more taller, I am 19, and I about 5′ 9", I wish to grow like 3" more to be about 6ft, Wat medication or sth, can one use to achieve that, pls tell me from knowledge or experience. thaks

Height, like your skin color, hair color, eye color, etc. is genetic. Look around at your parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles…what are their heights. Are they tall people or of average height. That will give you a pretty good benchmark of your final height. At 19, you are probably about as tall as you are going to get.
