I wish I knew how old you are. If you’re still in your teens, drink 3 glasses of milk a day, eat lots of dark leafy veggies (Not iceberg lettuce, but romaine or spinach. Feel free to put salad dressing on it.) Broccoli too. Frozen veggies are fine. Also eat a lot of protein like chicken and fish.

Don’t let anyone tell you that yoga will make you taller. It just gives you better posture by stretching. Stand up straight and tall. That can add 2 inches! And that’s about it!! Good luck, and always be thankful for the good things you have been given.

Well, it would help if I knew your age, how tall your parents are/were, what race you are, and your metabolic type so i will give you the best info I can ;D
I would definitely recommend switching to an organic diet. It helped me lose weight and it is helping me grow taller at the same time.
That means if you want to start growing start eating fresh produce and meat- locally grown foods are very good. Don’t eat processed ANYTHING. Taking an Omega-3 fatty acid supplement will undoubtedly help you grow taller(cod liver oil is the best). Eat more saturated fats- yes, they make you grow!
Eat more vegetables and less fruits and other sugars- yes, they will also make you grow! I also recommend cutting back on carbs, but it depends.
