Did you know that when you wake up you are taller then when you go to bed?
Eating nutritional foods will help your body grow to its full potential.
Stretching:
Lay on your back and arms straight out over head. toes pointed straight up. stretch through your heals and arms. do both arms and legs then each side.
on your back hugs your knees up to your chest. roll side to side and front and back and whatever feels good for your back.
there are many great techniques.
eat right and stretch that is the way to give your body a healthy environment and ability to grow.
your height is based on genetics, so you really can't make yourself taller.
correct posture will help you look taller as well as dressing for your body shape.
I found that there is no proven easy way to grow taller. Especially not with simple stretches or pills although a high potency powder supplement called Growth Booster Plus appears to have some effect on growing taller without exercises.. There are several exercise programs that claim to straighten your posture and give a "taller appearance". The most popular of these is Stott-Pilates Exercises.
get a lot of sleep. i heard from the discovery channel that that helps and it also helps to eat brussel sprouts.
dont drink a lot of caffine lk coffee , soda, etc it'll stunt ur growth if u drink a lot of it and eat fruits and veggies they help a lot
It's in your genetics, i think. It's kinda weird because everybody in my immediate family is between 5'7" and 5'9". I'm 6'3" and i still wonder how i got so tall! I think it was because i ate my Wheaties, fruits, vegetables and drank a lot of water. You should try to stretch yourself from one of those chin-up bars. Do 10 pull-ups and 10 air crunches (bring your knees up and down) and it should work if you do this everyday for about a month or two.
There is really nothing you can do about it because it is based on genetics. You want to eat health, exercise regularly, and get enough calcium, especially if you are a woman between 16-25. That is the age when calcium deposition in bones is the greatest. The height thing, once your epiphyseal plates toward the ends of your bones close, you stop gaining length. This of course means you stop getting taller. Everyone grows at different rates, but if you have pretty much completed puberty, then you are pretty much done growing vertical. Now you would get to look forward to the part of growing horizontal, which could be good or bad.
