Growing taller naturally?
I a 5’0 foot 17 year old girl. For the past 4 years I have not grown at all and I don’t think I will in the future since my parents were around my height as well. I’ve been reading this website where it claims that methods such as weights on legs while sitting, tapping knee bones, etc. can make you grow a couple inches taller. Is this true?

Oh.. That thing.. It just claims.. that’s it.. Yeah, I’ve heard of it.. It’s been a while.
All results were not successful, I mean the ankle weights and cartalige tapping with the end of a hammer. (that can be dangerous and could cause problems in the future).
Every "height pill" out there is a scam. Every one. Its a waist of money.
Diet, exercise, sleep, and happiness are key.
This one guy went to brazil for a height program for a month and spent thousands of dollars on their program (looking at the sun, certain weights, exercises, and diet..) He didn’t even grow a mm. He shrunk!!
‘Com on, guys don’t go for ‘tall girls’.. Not that I’m offending anyone, It’s just I don’t have preferences and most guys don’t, i think..
Your DAD was around 5’0"??
You don’t have a prayer of growing taller.
I was like you but one day I discovered dancing and it changed my life. I became a giant among men as I danced and danced and danced. Till one day I looked down on everyone because I could dance.
My point is to not be so serious. My brother is smarter and has a wonderful family but he is going bald quickly and I have a full head of wild wavy hair. We all have good and bad. Instead of focusing on your perceived weakness view it as a strength by apprecating how it framed your character. And also look at the good in your life. It’s all in the beholder.
no its not true, but you may grow at least 2 inches in a few years. If you really want to know if you are going to grow anymore, go see a doctor they take xrays and it can tell you if you are growing at all anymore because once you are full grown the bones in your ankles will be connected.
If you break a growth cartiledge on a bone, it is not able to grow in one side, malforming the length.
Most females do not have any more growth by 16 and 17.
There is a slight chance you will grow any more.
not sure if it’s true.
b/c I’m 17 and 5’1 and a quater
I haven’t grown since like what 4-5years maybe.
I think your height just stops after puberty
lol i wouldn’t bother if it sounds too good to be true it usually is i don’t think you’d get the major results you’d be looking for unfortunately we are usually confined to our genetics. so unfortunately your best bet is to let nature take it’s course
There are ways to make you slightly taller but none of them are good for you. They rely on stretching joints and it puts strain on your body. If you are short it’s genetic so change your thinking- good things some in small packages. My only advice would be make sure you have good posture and look after your spine so you don’t shrink later on in life.
i do not know if that is true but if you work out and drink milk you will definately grow 1 to 3 inches this year
You are always growing, no matter what.
A few things that help…
I was 5’1 at 27. now I am turning 28 in a month and I am 5’6. I grew the most during this summer because I actually started using super-growth 6 month course.
the following helped me and still help:
1) Drinking at least 2 big glasses of milk a day.
2.) playing basketball and going swimming. Basketball really helps, and you should also work out your calves and thigh muscles, that helps too.
3)Eat alot, because when I started to get taller I didn’t gain a pound but I looked skinnier.
