Girls grow much faster then boys do but they stop growing earlier. I’m 6.1 and that was about 4 years ago for me. I generally sleep alot so I would say maybe 10 hours a day.
A normal female in North America should reach her full height about age 18. Your friend has a lot more normal growing to do.
One thing she can do is to exercise and eat well. Exercise builds strong bones, and a diet rich in calcium and vitamin D does, too. A good bone structure means you won’t stoop and that you can stand as tall as possible.
Well, height is a wild variable. Most of it is based on heredity, i.e family traits. Chances are if all of her family is an average height, she will be too. But girls usually stop growing around 16 or 17, if i had to guess I’d say her height would be about 5 4. Which to be honest, isn’t too bad most guys don’t like they’re girlfriend/interests to be taller then them, perhaps it’s a sort of dominance thing, but 5 4 is a decent height for a girl. They’re aren’t any exercises proven to increase height that I know of. But Vitamin D supports bone growth, so that is always nice to have, especially for women who are notorious for calcium deficiencies. All in all, she shouldn’t worry about it she is still very young and a lot of changes will be happening very soon, height will come with age.
