I want to grow taller naturally (and not visually, as in by wearing high heels or vertical stripes) and am looking for some specific exercises that can help me grow taller (I am still at an age at which I am growing, but I would like to increase my growth potential… Do you know some exercises?

ok soo yeah im pretty short and i thought i was just born that way but then i read this article that jumproping helps so i did about 800 everyday and i saw results! like cuz jumping does something to ur joint and it makes u taller. .trust me it will work!! i have tried everything but this actually works
