How can I gain 20 pounds quickly and grow taller?
I know that most people are finding ways to lose weight, but I’m trying to gain weight. I’m 16, almost 17, male, 115 pounds, 5’5 and I do Cross Country during the Fall Season. I might not do Track for next year’s Spring Season. What is a good routine or plan that I can follow to gain more weight and grow bigger?

you cant really make yourself grow…your height is already pre-determined (pituitary gland in the brain controls that).
but you can gain weight. eat lots of starches or build muscle to put on some pounds.

wow!!! ur light… lol!!! well gain weight is easy but if u want to do both..this is what u do… drink a lot of milk and i mean a lot!!! like 4 glass a day… and then for lunch eat yogurt with your meal…. and get like 9 hours of sleep a night… also eat healthy, and try to avoid sugar because it can dissolve ur calcium… also avoid eating salty food.. in addition add nuts to ur diet because milk have lots of calcium… and stay away from drugs, beer, and caffeine. the best time to grow is the summer.. because thats where you have lots of time to sleep and aren’t stress over school work… and enjoy life and do lots of sports (not weight lifting), cause i try all that and grew like an inch per month for 2 month!!! and hoping to grow like 3.5 more inches…lol!!! im about the same age…
