im 14 yrs old, and i think that im too skinny. i find being too skinny unattractive, so how can i put on a little bit more weight the natural way? no supplements, pills, or shots. and what are some fatty, but healthy foods, and what exercises should i do?

and how do i get taller, my parents were’nt very tall, but i realli dont want to be stuck short.
