How can i GAIN weight naturally and grow taller (and fast!)?
im a 15 (almost 16) year old girl, and i am kinda short (5 feet 3 inches) and i weight about 105 pounds. i wanna gain more weight and i grow taller! i know to grow taller than you should drink lots of milk, but i realllllyyyy hate just drinkng regular milk plain but i do drink chocolate milk everyday at lunch. does anyone have any advice about gaining more weight and growing taller?? LOL, I told that same thing to my sister yesterday.
It depends how tall your parents are too, you could be the average height of both of them.
I don’t think gaining weight is healthy and lose it again…And my sis told me that the only reason people get taller from weight is that when they were still going through puberty, their weight stopped their bones from growing. So the only way they could get to their full potential was losing weight.
Since your already normal-sized and were probably never fat, then you might not get taller. (but I still dont know how tall your parents are) milk just helps the bones through growth spurts. If you haven’t have one yet then you should drink more milk.
