How can i grow an inch and a half taller?
I’m 15 and 16 in October, but I need to grow an inch and a half taller as they were the requirments after a model casting I went to. How can I grow taller? Are there any exercises or diet I can follow?

Start working out. Do interval cardio for 30 mins a day. Eat organic, healthy, food 5-6 meals a day. Drink 8 glasses of water a day. Do strenchtes and yoga. get 8-9 horus of sleep
Grab onto a tree limb and swing yourself backward and forward for as long as you can. The centripetal force will stretch your spine. and when your done, hit yourself in the head for being stupid and pay attention in biology class. It’s up to your genes!!!

Actually, there are whole programs dedicated to growing taller. I should know, I bought one! And there ARE exercises that you can do that will help you with growth. But there are so many other factors involved if you want to see any type of faster growth. But here are some stretches that I found to be my favorite ones for growth. There are many more, but these will get you started.
The Leg Stretch- Sit down on the floor with your legs spread as far apart as is comfortable. With one hand, reach for your toes on the same side of your body. Now with your other hand, reach for your other foot. If you can’t reach your feet comfortably, do as far down your leg as possible. The most important thing is to keep your spine straight and pivot from the hips, without arching your spine.
The Bow Down- This one is exactly how it sounds. Stand upright with your hands on your hips. Keep them here throughout the exercise. Leading with your head, bend forward as far as possible. Keep your chin off of your chest and try not to bend your knees.
The Yawn- Another simple but effective stretch. Think of your stretch when you get out of bed in the morning. Stand with your hands held together behind your neck, then look upward and back as far as possible.
These are super stretches, but like I mentioned before you’ll need other things for a comprehensive growth program. well ive personally use one technique. ive been growin average an inch a month just doing a couple proven tricks. not like michael jordan mom put salt in his shoes lol. like stretching when you get out of bed in the morning and much more i have a whole book about it but i cant post it here lol too much to type. you could check out some more here.

If you want to be taller just set that goal. Don’t think bad thoughts that you will forever be short just set your head into believing you’ll grow, believe me it works. The mind has not limit when used properly. Don’t try those things that stretch you out, they just pop your joints, and don’t try steroids they won’t work. l’ m 24 and i am 6’0 , my father 5’7 and mum 5’4. l was the same height as my father 8 months ago and l was always told that l would not grow over 5’7 , the height can’t be controlled , height was determined by your genetic ,inheritance etc. i was really fed up with these narrow- minded people around me and l hit the road for a solution. l have researched books , doctors and internet high and low for increasing height, and tried many growth boosters.
