Is true that you can grow more by doing exercise???if so then what type of exercise??? It because i am really short every one is way taller than me please help me????and i am about to be 13……………………..

I’m 13 and I’m taller than all the guys it sucks but eventtally they all grow alot, one of my guy friends last year was like 4’8 and this summer he went thro puberty and now he is like 5’6 so don’t worry you’ll get up there… Alot of guys are short when there 12/13
