How can i grow taller?
I’m 14 years old and around 5’4-5’5. My moms 5’5, My older brother is 5’10 (hes 16) and my dads 6’1. Everyone else in my family is tall but for some reason I’m just short. How could i grow taller or speed up my growth? because i want to be at least 5’11.

You are 14 years old! You will grow more. And if your brother and dad are tall, that could be just them, everyone is different. You could go to a doctor and get GH that could help you grow. Or have surgery to attach metal rods to your legs that breaks them a few milimeters everyday, that could make you taller.

youre 14 years old and youre 5’4-5’5? damn. im 5’8 and im 14. but for the question, im not sure. i just drink milk and eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. puberty will make you taller, by a lot because of your growth spurt. if you already hit it, i dont know what to really tell you haha. GOODLUCK.
