Im 16 yrs old and is only 5’7. is ther anyway to help me grow taller? Any drugs that dont have side effects? Surgeries? Techniques to grow naturally?

there is a growth hormone shot that you can talk to your doctor about, its typically used in people with growing problems, it will cause you to grow like an inch a year
also there is a surgery where they break and reset your legs so that you are taller
all of this is very expensive however
before you even consider any of these drastic measures, i suggest you go to your doctor, and have him do xrays to see if your growth plate is still open indicating that you could still grow naturally

At age 16, your body is still growing and developing, so I would not worry about getting taller. Focus on eating right, not smoking, and not indulging in too much caffeine, and of course, don’t do drugs. Take a multi-vitamin everyday. You can’t do much to change your genetic blue prints, but you can encourage stong bones and muscles. Don’t slouch. Working out is a great way to at least look strong even if you’re not the tallest kid in your class. My hope is for you to love the way you are, we all have our "issues" we’d like to change.
No surgeries! No drugs…. Just give it time.. Guys dont stop grow till they are like 19. Besides even if you dont get taller its no big deal. Hey! Your taller than me! Try drinking a lot of milk and strech..
This may not be the answer you were looking for, but maybe you’re naturally short. There are some people like that. Or maybe you haven’t started your growth spurt yet (who knows?).

U have to do skipping . at least 50 to 100 times daily n also cycling .Its v.good exercise for height.
