How can I grow taller?
I’m 15 and I’m about 5’4 or 5’5. So I’m not really short but I want to get taller. Anyone know how I can do this? If I don’t do anything to make myself grow taller does anyone know how tall I would be when I’m 17?

you can’t make yourself physically grow taller. the hormone HGH is in charge of that. the only thing you can do is to make sure you have your daily intake of vitamins, nutrients, and electrolytes to keep your body regulated. most males dont stop growing until 18 and even then some growth can still occur in males. most females are done growing by 18. i’m 18 and only 5ft8in. but every male in my family is at least 6ft. take a look at the men in your family, thats a pretty good gauge as to how tall you could be.
Well, don’t drink Mountain Dew, that makes you shorter and I have no idea how but it’s true.
its hard to really say how tall you’ll be. but if anything start working out 3-5 times a week for good measure. and always….. eat healthy
Well growing taller has to with Genetics, vitamin intake mainly calcium, and exercise. Try to go on a trampoline, play basketball. They say th more you jump in a exercise and stretch out your body the more you will be a tall kid. Stretch before workouts and play basketball. Thats why u see the ball players 7ft above.
