Eat good healthy meals including fruits, vegetables, and dairy. Eat especially "superfoods" like blackberries, eggs, and bananas that contain tons of vitamins. I would also take a multi-vitamin pill once a day just to make sure I’m getting all my daily vitamins. Keep this up till you are 18.

Well, a lot of it is genetics. I’m 15 as well and supposed to be 6’5" because my cousin is 7’0"! But, with a right diet, like lots of proteins, carbs, and 8+ hours of sleep for a teen. (I believe 9 is recommended) you can effect your height by a few inches. As well as doing the right exercises like chin ups.
Basically, if you stay healthy you can naturally grow taller, but you could also inject yourself with a very expensive growth hormone…. =)
To help your destined normal growth all you need is plenty of protein, calcium (milk) and zinc and a deficiency can stunt it.
There is plenty of zinc in red meat, oysters, mussels, nuts, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds.
