How can i grow taller?
Please suggest me with ways to grow taller.
I’m 15 this year and i’m 5’10
My mum and dad aren’t that tall. I play basketball all the time i know genes are important but i don’t care i still wanna grow taller. At least 6 Ft would be the best. I drink Milk everyday weekdays before i go to school but sometimes i skip on weekends. Please please advice me what should i do. I don’t always get 8 hours of sleep because of school and homework. Most of the time 6 hours++ sometimes even lesser than that when i’m stressed out.

at least 6 hours a day and be sure to measure yourself everyday

Or, if you want to go to extremes, you CAN have yourself stretched. I swear, you can.
This is usually only done on little people, or dwarfs.
