How can I grow taller?

   Here are some tips to help you grow:

   1. make sure you’re asleep during 10pm to 2am

   2. try playing on the monkey bars, it stretches your body and helps you grow (it helped me a LOT)

   3. eat fruits, drink water and eat vegtables and i mean a LOT of it

   4. try drinking a cup of milk in the morning and a cup right before bedtime

   5. try stretching and excersing more often, it helps your body function better AND it stretches your muscles and body too!!!

   6. try eating more food that contains calcium, protein and minerals.

   do u play any sports?

   the best is the basketball because i am an basketball player.
   before when i was not joining in basket ball my height was
   3’4 but now i realize that my height increased has 4’2.
   does it sounds intresting.
