How can I grow taller?
I’m 13 years old and about 5′ 2.5." I jumprope as often as I can and have been exercising daily during the summer. My parents aren’t very tall (mom = 5′ 3", dad = 5′ 7") What are some ways that I can grow taller naturally and stimulate growth?
Oh, and I drink 3 glasses of milk daily…
I weigh 94 pounds…
I have a relatively well-balanced diet.
I got my first period at 11 1/2 but it’s wasn’t regular until after I turned 13.
I’m a swimmer…(can’t do butterfly yet but I’m good at breaststroke, freestyle, and backstroke)
Usually I go to bed at 10-10:30 and wake up around 6:30 when there’s school and at 9 during the summer.

Goodluck!
i don’t know if you really can. as long as your diet is healthy, you should be growing at a normal rate. 5’2.5" is a good height for 13! the only thing i really suggest is to STRETCH. this helps elongate your muscles and may give you a little boost in the height area.
You can hang off the swingset like Bobby Brady did
Drink Milk, it does the job and gives your bones the calcium they need to grow and repair. Other than that you can not change your height.
I am 13 too and am very short. I am about the same height as you im about 5’1 5’2. My friends and family say its normal to be short and you just have to wait to grow. As long as you eat healthy stuff and are active you should grow more. I play Volleyball soccer and swimming and i eat healthy and im waiting to grow too. Just eat the right foods and stay active and you still be fine.
I’ve heard that your body grows most when you sleep.
I would suggest this site, it brings up almost all the different possible ways to increase your height, including some exercises that are supposed to help with this:
