How can I grow taller?
I am a 16 year old girl, 5 ft. 0.25 inches and i desperately want to grow about 3 to 4 inches. How can i do this?

your only goana grow as much as your body is meant to but to make sure you reach your full potential you can do things like make sure you eat three meals a day lots of protein don’t eat 2-3 hours before sleeping
drink milk orange juice don’t drink coffee or energy drinks try and lay off soda all together if you wish.
make sure you get plenty of sleep every night night time is when you grown and if your body is doing things like digesting food or healing injuries or filtering out bad things from bad food your body cant use that energy to grow and it needs the correct vitamins and minerals to grow

I’m 5’4 and I feel like a giant ?
It’s based on genetics , if your mother & father are short . .
Then that plays a strong effect on your height .
Also when girls start there period they usually stay that height forever .

Why desperately? Sounds like you need some mental growth, not physical. Accept what you have and be proud and smile. Stop listening to other people.
depending on how bad you want to grow. there are surgerys where they can extend your bones in your legs….kinda painful though. or i heard if you stretch daily, like do yoga it can help stretch your body. orr drink lots of milk and eats lots of food with protein to help build stong bones and muscles. and if none of those work. wear high heels ha. i’m 5’8 and can’t pull off high heels but you definitely could.
put ur self in a taffy puller!
