How Can I Grow Taller?
i really want to grow atleast 3-4 more inches. im 15 and only 5:4. im already taller than both my mom and dad and both grandparents. i been researching a little and i found some videos and some info. Can stretching and drinking alot of milk help me grow them extra inches? The doctor said i was done growing im pretty sure but i just want to grow a little taller. So is there anything to help me achieve this like stretches and milk?

Sleep

well, I’m a vegetarian and I heard that if I didn’t get enough protien I would possibly not grow to my full potential highth because of low protien levels. But I make sure I get plenty of protien and I’m 5’9”. I’ve basicly stoped growing now but protien must have something to do with highth. Thats all I’ve got! hope it helped!
