How can i grow taller?!?
How can i grow taller?! im 16 and im lik 5,4 or 5,5 but i want to b atleast 5,7 most of my family is tall exept for my dads side of the family cuz like 2 of my unlces are lik5,6 the rest are really tall.. so wat do i do is there any exercises i can do to grow or any special pill? or any vitamin in the vitamin shop?

I tried it not expecting much since l am 27….and I have been using it for 3 Months and I actually bought it for my legs ,l see a 2 inches difference in my legs already. it has worked really well for me. Some companys are now making already mixed versions, it works though there isn’t much for scientific evidence supporting the manufacturer’s claim, but it works, also my friend tried it and it really worked out well for her too.

Just eat-sleep-and exercise,you have a few years to grow yet..
your only 16 and you are still growing wait till your body is ready and whatever height you are that’s all u can do,
you can however get ur knees broken, what they do is break ur knees and place bars and rods in and it makes u like an inch or two taller it requires learning how to walk again which takes months and the pain is not of this world,.
but people who do that are very selfish and uncaring and are not grateful for what they have and dont give a second thought for those who get into car accidents etc and NEED physiotherapy
Well since you’re 16 and you’re about 5’5 you’re probably almost done growing, but it’s not impossible for you to get an inch or two of height. Drinking milk and getting proper nutrition is a serious part of growing. You may have taken your father’s side of the family’s height. There are plenty of guys that aren’t more than 5’6 though.
