How can I Grow Taller?
Im starting to eat alot of Lettuce (green vegetables)to help me grow taller and have bigger arm spans etc. I was wondering if there are other foods that will help me grow taller and have bigger, longer and stronger bone structures? Are there any ways that will help me grow taller like, what type of exercises and what types of foods? Can you pls be specific.

Sleeping longer can help and don’t doubt milk’s power to help bone growth and it will definitely make your bones more durable. An interesting study found that people are taller when they awake from sleep than when they went to bed due to less stress on the vertebrae and legs. So sleep should help.

play games like basket-ball n volley-ball….. try hanging on some rod for few minutes everyday
